Items can be returned back to us for store credit and not cash.
Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained.
You can post your return back within 7 days of receiving your items.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
No returns can be made after 7 days.
Once we receive the item the store credit Will be emailed to you.
- Store credit will be the amount that you paid, MINUS THE FIRST SHIPPING COST (we only include one shipping cost per order so the second item/size your order you will have to pay shipping extra.)
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Because we sell mainly locally made items we have to put a little extra love into getting the parcels to you as each item is carefully made and packed.
Delivery usually takes 5-15 days depending on what you order...
You can send us an email should your order be urgent and we will do our very best to get it to you in time.
HOW DOES THE SIZES WORK?
Please check on each individual item the correct sizes - This will be in the description of the item when you click on the item you can scroll down until the sizing appears.

We do accept payments via Visa/ credit card, we also accept Instant EFT payments from most major banks in South Africa. place your order as usual & choose the "instant EFT" option when you're checking out :)
